Beginner Meditation Retreats

Thank you for booking into our Beginners Meditation Retreat.  Shortly you will receive an email with confirmation and some additional information.  We look forward to seeing you soon.

What to Expect

Over three sessions (each one hour long), you’ll receive instructions and be guided through 2 meditations each session. We sit in comfortable chairs or a cushion on the floor if you prefer. A delicious home-made morning tea & lunch will be served in the breaks to give you time to relax and absorb the teachings. Everyone is welcome.
