How to be kind to your mind - Fri 11 Oct - Sun 13 Oct

Do you feel sometimes you could take better care of your inner world?

Would you like to cope better or feel more relaxed?

Would life be easier if you could shake bad mental habits and strengthen your positive, peaceful states of mind?

Probably, most of us would benefit from looking after our mental health a bit more. And methods exist to help us do so. In particular, through Buddhist meditation, you’ll become able to find peace, build up your inner protection and feel mentally nourished.

There are so many benefits to be had!

  • Stop stress, overwhelm and anger from building up;
  • Intervene at an early stage when your mind is causing you suffering;
  • Learn how to cope with grief, anxiety, depression and other difficult states of mind;
  • Experience daily peace & relaxation;
  • Build an inner toolkit to help you as you journey through life.

Treat yourself. Care for your own mental health and well-being during this weekend meditation retreat with Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Ani. There will be talks, meditations, discussions and time to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. Be kind to your mind and return to daily life re-energised and inspired.
