Your membership does NOT include attendance at off-site special events (such as public talks with visiting teachers) and off-site retreats, however member discounts apply to these events.
Just come along to the class and advise the assistant of your membership or book classes through our booking system and choose the ‘KMCB Member’ option to book the class at no cost.
Courses, special events and retreats
Bookings are required for all courses, special events and retreats. If you’d like to attend please book online via the booking button at the bottom of the event page and choose the KMCB Member booking option in our booking system.
You can sign up whenever you wish and your membership will immediately be valid for you to book courses held within the months in which your membership is valid. It is also valid for attendance at weekly classes during these months. If you wish to attend classes and courses outside of the months of membership, please pay for these as you go.
No. Kadampa Meditation Centre Brisbane is part of a global organisation and we have many Kadampa Centres throughout Australia and worldwide. Each of our Centres are independent registered not-for-profit organisations and/or charities, so your membership only covers classes and courses directly affiliated and organised by Kadampa Meditation Centre Brisbane.
No. Membership benefits apply to one adult member only and are not transferable.
A minimum membership period of three months applies.
A minimum sign-up period of three months applies to all members. Memberships may not be cancelled after the first day of the first calendar month that the membership relates to.
Cancellation requests made prior to the commencement of the membership period, should be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org A 10% administration fee will be levied and the remainder of the fee paid will be refunded. Any bookings for classes and courses following cancellation will be voided and, should you still wish to attend them, you will need to rebook/pay for them on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.
