Many of us suffer from feelings of anxiety and find ourselves constantly worrying about one thing or another. Fortunately, we can change this. By growing our practical wisdom of how our mind works and gaining experience of Buddhist meditation techniques we can learn to control our mind, rather than allowing our mind to control us.  Through this we develop a sense of peace and mental freedom, let go of our worry and overcome our anxious minds.
