In this 45 minute meditation class, we’ll learn the essential tools of meditation and how to integrate meditation into daily life. You’ll be inspired to invest in ourself and make the most of the moments for meditation you have.
We sit in comfortable chairs or a cushion on the floor if you prefer. Enjoy light refreshments and a chat after class. Everyone is welcome.
