A Meditation Workshop

About the Course

Would you like to free your mind from painful feelings?
Would you like to create mental space to explore fresh perspectives on the difficulties of life, that allow you to respond to them positively and creatively?
Most of us know how painful feelings such as stress, anxiety, depression and loneliness cause us so much unhappiness and stop us being able to truly enjoy our life.
It is possible to let go of negative emotions, to stop feeling overwhelmed or intimidated by them. Following Buddhist wisdom, we can understand where our painful feelings come from and how to gradually free ourselves from them.
In this workshop, Gen Kelsang Ani, will explore how it is possible to stay calm and positive when painful feelings arise. Instead of feeling overwhelmed and immediately wishing to escape from them, you’ll learn how to be at peace with painful feelings and uncover their deep causes. By working to eliminate the causes you uncover, you can gradually free your mind from painful feelings – to have a happier and more fulfilling life.
