Five Habits of Happy People

By adopting the habits of happy people, we can all learn how to be happy. Happiness is something that each one of us has the potential to experience, but often our habitual ways of thinking take us in the opposite direction. This practical five-week series offers critical insights into some of the habits of happy people that we can use to enrich our life’s experience.

We will explore several meditations and ways of thinking that uplift the mind and how, by carrying these with mindfulness into our day, we can maintain a light, positive attitude whatever life throws our way.

What to expect at a class

Each week, a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. Classes are self-contained so you can come along any week. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. No experience is necessary, classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome.

These classes are available to book as a online video for you to watch at home. Each video class is available for one week after it is published giving you the flexibility to watch at a time that suits you.
