Learn to Meditate

in Half a Day

Learn all the basic instructions on how to meditate so that you can start your own meditation practice at home. This course is beginner-friendly and includes teachings as well as short guided meditations so that you can practice the skills you learn on the course. There is also the opportunity to ask questions about your meditation practice.

TEACHER
This class is taught by Buddhist nun, Kelsang Norjin. Norjin has been studying and practising under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 15 years. She teaches Dharma with warmth and humour.
