The Art of Acceptance on the Sunshine Coast

A Meditation Half-day Course
Sunday 26 May · 10am – 12.30pm · $40
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. But if we learn to maintain a peaceful mind, we can be happy all the time regardless of our circumstances. Buddhist nun Kelsang Norjin will explain:

• Buddhist techniques for responding to difficulties with a positive mind
• Meditations that help us to deal with challenging people and situations

Everybody is welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. This half-day will consist of practical teachings that are specifically related to the topic of the Art of Acceptance. The course will also include short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve our ability to solve our daily problems effectively. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
