On this weekend course Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Rabten will give a tour of the famous Buddhist diagram – the Wheel of Life – and explain how we can use this diagram to inspire us to escape the mental cages that we are imprisoned in.
If we want to find happiness we need to understand the habit patterns that keep us locked in a limited view of ourself and the world around us. On this weekend course Buddhist monk, Gen Kelsang Rabten will give a tour of the famous Buddhist diagram – the Wheel of Life – and explain how we can use this diagram to inspire us to escape the mental cages that we are imprisoned in – so that we can find the peace and freedom we seek.
This weekend event will be taught by Gen Kelsang Rabten, the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Brisbane. Gen Rabten has trained under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over twenty-five years. His deep faith in Buddha’s teachings, and the sincerity of his practice inspire many people to embark on a meaningful and rich spiritual life.
Everybody is welcome to attend this weekend course regardless of experience. You don’t need to bring anything along. Seating is available on chairs.
