These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work, and our ability to realize our full potential in life. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to join this special online course with guest teacher Gen Kelsang Ani, the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth in Western Australia. Gen Ani will share Buddha’s wisdom on how we can go about silencing this inner critic. We can learn to dislodge our self-critical thoughts and relate to ourself in a more helpful way. In this way we can gradually develop real self-confidence based on understanding our true nature and potential.

This online video course consists of two video classes. Each class includes practical teachings and short guided meditations to enable you to deepen your understanding of the topic. You don’t need to be a Buddhist, or have prior meditation experience, to benefit from this course. The course is suitable for everyone.

Gen Kelsang Ani

The Teacher

This course will be taught by Resident Teacher and Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Ani. Gen Ani is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth in Western Australia. She has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s guidance for over 15 years. Ani teaches with warmth and compassion, making modern Buddhism accessible and applicable to all.
