Happiness, Confidence & the Power of the Mind

Wednesday 22 January · 7.30 – 9pm
Join internationally renowned teacher and Buddhist monk, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab for an inspiring public talk on how we can live a happy, confident life through harnessing the power of the mind.
In recent years we have witnessed remarkable material and technological development, but there has not been a corresponding increase in human happiness. This is because happiness and suffering are states of mind and so their main causes are simply not to be found outside the mind. Therefore, if we really want to be a truly confident and happy person, now is the time to harness the power of our mind. Everyone is welcome to this special event with visiting Teacher Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab.
