On this course we will explore teachings and meditations that enable us to keep a positive mind about others, enabling us to overcome negative thoughts such as jealousy, competitiveness, and discouragement.

Gen Kelsang Ani

The Teacher

This course will be taught by Resident Teacher and Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Ani. Gen Ani is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth in Western Australia. She has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s guidance for over 15 years. Ani teaches with warmth and compassion, making modern Buddhism accessible and applicable to all.
