So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many problems, including ill health, are caused out aggravated by this stress. Just by doing these simple meditations regularly, we’ll reduce this stress. We’ll experience a calm, spacious feeling in our mind and many of our usual problems will fall away. Difficult situations will become easier to deal with, we’ll naturally feel warm and well-disposed towards other people, and our relationships with others will gradually improve.
The teacher of this retreat is Kelsang Luma. Luma is a well-loved for her humility as well as her energy and joy in sharing Buddha’s instructions.
