If we could learn the art of acceptance we would be able to maintain a peaceful and positive mind in any situation. Usually when things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. But if we learn to maintain an accepting mind, we can be happy all the time regardless of our circumstances. In this course learn how to respond to challenging people and situations with a positive mind.
This half-day will consist of practical teachings and short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your understanding of the art of acceptance. You don’t need to be a Buddhist, or have prior meditation experience, to benefit from this course. The course is suitable for everyone.
