Learn how to find the path to pure happiness in this three-week series of classes. Weekly classes are suitable for everyone. In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can watch any week. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. No meditation experience is necessary, classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome. Classes are currently being delivered as online videos for you to watch at home. Each video class is available for one week giving you the flexibility to watch at a time that suits you.
Buddhist meditation teaches us how to find pure happiness, whatever our circumstances, by freeing ourselves from negativity and uncontrolled thoughts. This three-week series of classes explores how true happiness is possible and explains the practices that lead to pure happiness. We will learn how to follow the path to pure happiness by training our mind in the three higher trainings of discipline, concentration, and wisdom. Through this we will be liberated from all negativities and experience deep and lasting inner peace.

The teacher of this class is Gen Kelsang Drolkyi. Gen Kelsang Drolkyi is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Brisbane. Gen Drolkyi’s experience of Dharma makes her teachings clear and practical showing how everyone can learn to live a joyful life through Dharma practice.
