No meditation experience is necessary, classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome. Classes are currently being delivered as online videos for you to watch at home. Each video class is available for one week giving you the flexibility to watch at a time that suits you.
This three-week class series is a great chance to learn about the workings of your own mind by learning about the various mental factors and how they create our reality.
The mind has many different aspects but in these classes we will focus on the aspects of mind that determine how we perceive and experience objects.
We will examine questions such as:
– How does the mind identify things and understand the world,
– What are feelings and why do we feel the way we do, and most importantly
– how do we use this knowledge to gain mastery over our mind so that we can change the way we experience and respond to the world around us.

We also offer regular half-day video courses that explore meditation and Buddhist topics in more depth. Each of these courses consist of two video classes that you can watch at home. Our next course is Take Control of Your Future. In this course we will learn how an understanding of the law of karma can help us to take control of our future.
