We all have many mundane tasks we need to do each day; but life is about more than the mundane. In this three-week class series, we will discover ideas that give us the inspiration we need to make our life special.
Each week we will learn inspiring meditations for meaningful living based on the instructions in the text, Training the Mind in Seven Points, and its commentary, Universal Compassion. We will also explore how to use the positive minds we develop in meditation in our daily life, to transform our day and make it meaningful. This advice is given in the section – The Commitments of Training the Mind – and has been practiced by qualified meditators for centuries; enabling them to find a joyful and meaningful life.
