Learn about developing confidence in this five-week series of classes. Weekly classes are suitable for everyone. In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can watch any week. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. No meditation experience is necessary, classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome. These classes are available to book in-person or as a online video for you to watch at home. Each video class is available for one week after it is published giving you the flexibility to watch at a time that suits you.

In this five-week series of classes we will learn how to view our faults and imperfections in a way that makes us feel confident in our ability to overcome them. We will also learn how to grow and improve our inner qualities, so that our confidence and happiness naturally increase.
We are now open for in-person classes. Places are limited so please book in advance. We offer a morning and evening class each week. Classes are also available to watch at home. Each video class will be available to view for one week after it is published.

The teacher of this class is Gen Kelsang Ani. Gen Kelsang Ani is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth and the Visiting Teacher for Kadampa Meditation Centre Brisbane. Gen Ani has been studying and practising Modern Kadampa Buddhism with Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 15 years. Ani teaches with warmth and compassion, making modern Buddhism accessible and applicable to all.
We also offer regular half-day video courses that explore meditation and Buddhist topics in more depth. Each of these courses consist of two video classes that you can watch at home. Our next course is the Art of Acceptance. In this course learn how to respond to challenging people and situations with a positive mind.
