Come to a free guided lunchtime meditation Monday to Thursday from 12.30 – 12.45 or join a Thursday afternoon beginners meditation class from 5.30 – 6pm. There is no need to book for these classes, you can just drop-in. Everyone is welcome.
Come to a weekly meditation & Buddhism class at our Centre in Spring Hill or one of our classes in Kenmore or West End. These weekly classes include practical teachings to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find lasting happiness. They included a teaching and two guided meditations. Drop in any week.
