Our meditation classes are designed so that you can drop in to any class, any week without the need to pre-register or attend an entire course. We hold classes at our Centre in Spring Hill and in Kenmore and West End, making it easy for you to drop in to a class anytime for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom.
Choosing the Right Class
We offer beginner level (introductory) classes that can specifically help you to solve the problems of everyday life such as overcoming stress, improving relationships and building self confidence, as well as in-depth classes on Buddhist thought. All classes are open to everyone.
