Weekly Meditation Classes

We offer a varied program of weekly classes at our Centre in Spring Hill so that you can find a class that is suitable for you. These classes are suitable for beginners and for more experienced meditators. We also hold weekly classes in Kenmore and West End, so that you don’t have to travel far for your weekly meditation “top up”. These classes are all taught by qualified meditation teachers.

Choosing the Right Class

We offer beginner level (introductory) classes that can specifically help you to solve the problems of everyday life such as overcoming stress, improving relationships and building self confidence, as well as in-depth classes on Buddhist thought. All classes are open to everyone.

Meditation for Beginners

Come to a free guided lunchtime meditation Monday to Thursday from 12.30 – 12.45 or join a Thursday afternoon beginners meditation class from 5.30 – 6pm. There is no need to book for these classes, you can just drop-in. Everyone is welcome.

Learn and practice the main meditations on the path to enlightenment in this in-depth meditation class. The class is suitable for people with some experience of meditation. There is no need to book, just drop in. Classes included teachings and guided meditations.
