DROP IN CLASSES

Our weekly drop-in classes are very easy to understand and apply to our daily lives. The classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners, and emphasise how to use meditation and subsequent practises amidst the busyness of modern, daily life. The union of Buddha's teachings within our daily life is the essence of Kadampa Buddhism. In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes consist of guided meditations, teaching and discussion followed by refreshments. Please try to arrive on time so as not to disturb the meditation sessions. Everyone is welcome.

Class fee: $10.

Current Course

Our modern lives are so busy that it’s difficult not to get caught up in the whirlwind around us and lose connection to our inner peace. Meditation provides a range of techniques that allow us to de-stress and re-engage with our life in a positive tranquil manner. On this course, Gen Kelsang Rabten will teach a range of meditations that are effective and suitable for anyone.
